Description

Ingredients

  • → 3 hash browns
  • → 3 eggs, scrambled
  • → 1 avocado, smashed
  • → ½ cup cottage cheese
  • → Everything But The Bagel seasoning, optional
  • → Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook hash browns until golden brown and crispy, according to package directions.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a small non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the crispy hash browns on a plate. Top with the scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, and smashed avocado.
  4. Garnish with Everything But The Bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
